The Infiniium S-Series oscilloscope family was developed to provide the greatest possible variety of measurements. The S-series family has the largest display on the market, oscilloscope-based protocol decoding and the largest number of analysis and conformance test tools . This oscilloscope also offers the best signal integrity on the market.

The Infiniium oscilloscope has a 38.1 cm capacitive XGA display and works whisper-quiet (35 dB) in a 23 cm deep housing with a weight of only 12 kg. This oscilloscope is a powerful measuring tool for today and for the future.

The "Smart-Scope Touch" generation for convenient gesture control.
Fast and flexible operation / measurement / zooming by drag & drop on the large 38.1 cm touch screen. Drag your measurements with the mouse and / or drag & drop from the menu bar directly onto the screen and quickly get your perfect measurement results.

Very fast signal process for fast, effective and precise measurement of the signal parameters
This was made possible by highly integrated modules and a highly efficient motherboard that can carry out very fast signal processing and signal measurements. The maximum sampling rate is 20 GSa / s, with a resolution of 10 bits and a standard memory depth of 200 Mpts or 100 Mpts

This series of oscilloscopes features the world's fastest 10-bit A / D converter . Compared to conventional oscilloscopes with 8-bit A / D converters, the S series offers a four times higher amplitude resolution and therefore shows more signal details.

In combination with a new, low-noise input stage, the S series achieves an effective amplitude resolution (ENOB, Effective Number Of Bits) of over 8 bits - this is an industry record .
