N7023A | Probe for Active Power Rail Probe N7020A, 350 MHz

The Power Rail Probe Browser N7023A is used in conjunction with the Power Rail probe N7020A. The N7023A set uses the mechanical components used in passive probes to provide a suitable full Power Rail probe in conjunction with the N7020A probe.

The Power Rail Probe Browser (attachment) N7023A offers a bandwidth of 350 MHz with a variety of different contact options in a PC board or components. With a diameter of 2.5 mm, this attachment can be used in densely populated boards. With the integrated spring and the hard tip, slipping off the test point is prevented. The set also includes an attachment with 2 separate connections in order to be able to connect the measuring tip to ground and to the test point. This set also offers an SMT clip that is suitable for testing via SMT capacitors.

The N7023A is only compatible with the Power Rail probe N7020A. To use the Power Rail Probe Browser N7023A with the N7020A, the cable must be unscrewed and the Power Rail Probe Browser N7023A must be screwed on.
