Keysight N2790A | 100MHz differential probe for oscilloscopes with autoprobe interface.

  • 100 MHz bandwidth
  • 50: 1 or 500: 1 attenuators selectable by the user
  • designed to measure differential voltages up to 1400 V + peak AC voltages with high CMRR (common mode rejection ratio) of> 50 dB @ 1MHz
  • An indicator alerts the user when the input voltage exceeds the dynamic range
  • AutoProbe interface

Description

N2790A | Probe, differential, HV, 50X / 500X, 100MHz, ± 1.4kV, autoprobe

The N2790A is the right probe to take measurements independent of mass and to record signals with a bandwidth of up to 100 MHz.

This probe can be used to take differential measurements even on conventionally grounded oscilloscopes. And the input voltage range extends up to 1400 V in differential mode and up to 1000 V in common mode.

Thanks to the low bandwidth and the low input impedance, the probe can take very precise measurements up to a rise / fall time of 3.5 ns - predestined for applications in switching power supplies.

This probe is compatible with the Keysight AutoProbe Interface with an input resistance of 1 MΩ. The supply voltage for the probe is obtained from the oscilloscope via the AutoProbe connection.
