N2744A | Adapter T2A oscilloscope Keysight AutoProbe to TekProbe

With the Keysight Technologies N2744A probe adapter, you can operate many active Tektronix probes on the various Keysight oscilloscopes without restrictions. This protects you from high investment in accessories and gives you more flexibility when choosing new oscilloscopes for your growing measurement challenges.

The N2744A allows TekProbe-BNC Level II to connect active probes to the Keysight AutoProbe interface of the InfiniiVision 3000X / 4000X / 5000/6000/7000 and Infiniium 9000 oscilloscopes. Both the probe power supply and the offset control are provided in this way. Applicable Tektronix probes with TekProbe2 interface to N2744A-T2A interface adapter :

Current clamps :

  • TCP202 current probe, AC / DC, -50 MHz / 15 A.

Single-ended active probes :

  • P6205 probe, active 10X, 750 MHz, +/- 10 V.
  • P6243 probe, active 10X, 1 GHz, +/- 8 V
  • P6245 probe, active 10X, 1.5 GHz, +/- 8 V
  • P6241 probe, active 10x, 4 GHz, +/- 10 V
  • P6249 Probe, active, 5x, 4 GHz, +/- 5 V

Differential active probes :

  • P5205 Differential probe, 100 MHz, 50: 1/500: 1 with offset control
  • P5210 Differential probe, 50 MHz, 100: 1/1000: 1 with offset control
  • P6246 Differential probe, 400 MHz, 10: 1/1: 1 with offset control
  • P6247 Differential probe, 1 GHz, 10: 1/1: 1 with offset control
  • P6248 Differential probe, 1.5 GHz, 10: 1/1: 1 with offset control
  • P6250 Differential probe, 500 MHz, 50: 1/5: 1 with offset control
  • P6251 Differential probe, 1 GHz, 50: 1/5: 1 with offset control

  • P6701B 1 GHz optical / electrical converter with FC / PC connector
