For high-speed measurements, whether it is differential or whether it is measured only at one point, Keysight's 1132B differential preamplifier (formerly Agilent's electronic measurement technology) with a bandwidth of 5 GHz in conjunction with the 4 GHz models of the Infiniium oscilloscopes complementary solution. The extremely low input capacity, the flat frequency response and the patented resistance probe tips represent a very low load for the DUT (device under test) and thus offer high signal fidelity. The Infinii-Max 1130-34B series support a variety of applications with extremely small mechanical dimensions and offer a wide range of adapters and plug-on tips for this purpose.
