Keysight N2797A | Active oscilloscope probe with 1.5 GHz bandwidth, 1 MΩ input impedance and very wide temperature range (extreme temperature probe).

N2797A | Probe, active, 1.5 GHz, single-ended, -40 to +85 ° C, AutoProbe

With the active, universal oscilloscope probe tip N2797A it is possible to carry out signals with a bandwidth of 1.5 GHz and an input impedance of 1 MΩ in a specified temperature range from -40 ° C to +85 ° C.
This probe has the AutoProbe interface so that it can be recognized directly by the oscilloscopes of the InfiniiVision and Infiniium series.
With a bandwidth of 1.5 GHz, this probe can be connected to all oscilloscopes of the InfiniiVision series without having to experience a limitation in the bandwidth.
