The PicoScope 5000E series combines high-resolution 16-bit technology with fast data acquisition and extensive analysis capabilities. These PC-based oscilloscopes are specifically designed for precision measurement tasks and offer a sampling rate of up to 2.5 GS/s, four analog inputs, and a wide dynamic range of over 73 dB.
The series is ideal for electronics development, embedded systems, automotive applications, power electronics, sensor technology, as well as research and education. Thanks to integrated spectrum analysis, serial protocol decoding, DeepMeasure functions, Math channels, and function and arbitrary waveform generators, both simple and complex measurement tasks can be performed efficiently. The MSO versions further expand the devices with 16 digital inputs.
Differences from other models
The PicoScope 5464E is the most powerful model in the classic 5000E series, offering a bandwidth of 200 MHz at full 16-bit resolution. Compared to the 5462E and 5463E, it has the highest bandwidth and fastest rise time within the standard 5000E series. Compared to the 5000E+ models, the 5464E operates exclusively in 16-bit mode and does not include the additional 8-bit high-speed mode with extended bandwidths up to 500 MHz.
