Keysight N2830A | 4 GHz differential probe InfiniiMax III + series with AutoProbe I interface.

  • Own rise time: 108.5 ps (10-90%)
  • Input parameters:
    Input divider ratio for DC voltages: 10: 1 or 5: 1
    Input voltage range: 2.5 Vpp or ± 1.25 V with 5: 1 attenuation, 5 Vpp or ± 2.5 V with 10: 1 attenuation
    Input voltage for common mode: ± 7 VDC at 100 Hz, ± 1.25 V at> 100 Hz and 5: 1 attenuation, ± 2.5 V> 100 Hz at 10: 1 attenuation
    Offset range: ± 16 V if a single ended signal is measured
  • Input impedances:
    DC resistance: Rdiff = 100 kΩ ± 2%, Rseriell = 50 kΩ ± 2%
    Input resistance at> 10 kHz: Rdiff = 1 kΩ, serial = 500 Ω
    Input capacitance: Cdiff = 32 fF, Cseriell = 44 fF (with ZIF probe)

N2830A | Probe, active, InfiniiMode 4 GHz, InfiniiMax III +, AutoProbe I

The InfiniiMax III + System N2830A is a probe system for Keysight oscilloscopes (formerly Agilent's electronic measurement technology) 90000A series and the S series. This system extends the measurement options and contacts of the signals and components to be measured. The underlying InfiniiMode technology enables the user to switch between measuring differential, single ended and common mode signals without having to readjust the respective probe tips. The following measurement modes can be carried out:

  • A - B, differential
  • A - ground, single ended
  • B - mass, single ended
  • (A + B) / 2 - mass, common mode

System III + is compatible with the probes of system family III and also supports the respective bandwidth of the InfiniiMax III system probe used.
