The N5445A InfiniiMax III Browser (30 GHZ) is the best choice for general measurements that need to be performed in differential mode. It offers a variable distance from 20 to 125 mil. The distance between the two probe tips is simply set using an adjusting screw, which can be operated with the thumb. The integrated LED gives light around the test point for a better view. This browser is compatible with all InfiniiMax III probe amplifiers.
