1169B | Probe, active, differential 12 GHz, InfiniiMax II, AutoProbe I

The Keysight 1169B probe is a 12 GHz real-time bandwidth probe for the Keysight Infiniium series oscilloscopes. This probe is specified with a typical bandwidth of 13 GHz. It is specially developed to be able to measure in very densely packed printed circuit boards without having to fear limitations in the measuring properties.
