N5439A | InfiniiMax III ZIF probe head, 28 GHz bandwidth

The N5439A probe offers a bandwidth of 28 GHz. The advantage of this probe is that associated ceramic probe tips (e.g. N5440A or N5447A) can be soldered in at different locations for differential measurement in a circuit. The probe itself can then be put on the tips.

If you order z. B. a Tip N5440A with 450 Ω or N5447A with 200 Ω on each ceramic carrier you have a bandwidth of 28 GHz, the Tip N2838A (450 Ω) is used with a PC board carrier, the bandwidth is at 25 GHz. There are 5 tips per order number in a packing unit. Tip N2838A (450 Ω) must be used with probes N2803A and N5439A.

Note : The N5447A 200 Ω Zif-Tip is not compatible with the InfiniiMax III + series probes
