Optional extensions / accessories:

  • E2675B | Simplifies contacting the DUT for differential measurements. This kit must be ordered separately
  • E2669A | Special set of probe adapters for easy handling of the probe for differential measurements
  • E2668A | Set of different stylus needles, cables and measuring tips for soldering
  • N2880A | InfiniiMax - attenuator pairs for the probes (6, 12, 20 dB); this means that the dynamic range can be expanded to 50 Vpp and the offset range to +/- 30 V without limiting the bandwidth
  • N2881A | Capacitor adapter to block a DC voltage up to 30 V.

1130B | Probe, active, differential 10x, 1.5 GHz, InfiniiMax I, AutoProbe I

The 1130B probe is a perfect addition to the various Keysight digital oscilloscopes with a bandwidth of 300 Hz - 1 GHz. It can be used to carry out differential measurements as well as the usual single-pole measurements.

The extremely low capacitive load (approx. 0.5 pF) of the test point, the high common mode rejection and the patented sample technology lead to a very low load on the DUT (device under test) and guarantees high signal fidelity and reproduction.
