  • 25 GHz bandwidth (with N2803A InfiniiMax III amplifier and N5439A ZIF head
  • Cdiff = 95 fF, Cse = 130 fF (diff = differential, se = single ended)
  • Input resistance: 100kΩ input Rdiff (at DC); 1kΩ input Rdiff (at> 10kHz)
  • Input divider ratio: 6: 1, normal sensitivity
  • Variable distance from 0.127 mm to 6.35 mm (5 mil - 250 mil)
  • Compatible with InfiniiMax III probe and N5439A ZIF head
  • The 130 Ω axial resistors at the tip of the N2838A tip can be exchanged.
  • Replacement resistors (10 pieces each) can be ordered (for N2836A and N2838A) with the number N2836-68701.

Delivery:

A package contains 5 pieces of tips with additional plastic holders to make it easier to solder the tip's connections into the circuit.

N2838A | ZIF Probe Tips, PCB, 450 ohm, 5 pieces, for InfiniiMax III N5439A ZIF Head

This probe tip can be soldered / soldered onto an IC or into the circuit. With the ZIF head N5439A to be used, the tip can remain on the test object while the ZIF head is attached to another test head tip. The tip is made of PC board material.
