These oscilloscopes offer a large screen , large memory and the highest signal update rate in this class.

These oscilloscopes are unusually versatile and can optionally be upgraded with a logic timing analyzer, a WaveGen function generator and the bandwidth. The ideal oscilloscopes for use in laboratories / research / development / production.
