Keysight DSOX2WaveGen | 20 MHz option function generator for Keysight 2000 X series oscilloscopes.

  • Sine frequency range: 0.1 Hz to 20 MHz
  • Rectangular and pulse frequency range: 0.1 Hz to 10 MHz
    Duty cycle: 20% to 80%
  • Ramp and triangle frequency range: 0.1 Hz to 100 kHz
  • Noise bandwidth: 20 MHz (typ.)
  • Adjustable:
    Frequency, amplitude, offset
    Duty cycle (for square wave signals)
    Symmetry (with ramp function)
    Pulse width
  • Modulation:
    AM: modulation factor and frequency
    FM: frequency shift and center frequency
    FSK: The frequency and FSK rate to be jumped
    FSK (Frequency Shift Keying)
    Possible AM and FM carrier: sine, square, ramp
  • Output:
    20 mVpp to 5 Vpp (with open output)
    10 mVpp to 2.5 Vpp at 50 Ω
  • Resolution: 100 μV or 3 counts, whichever is greater
  • Trigger output
    The trigger signal is available at the "Trig out" BNC output

Description

DSOX2WAVEGEN | Function generator option, 20 MHz, 1-channel, for 2000 X oscilloscopes


This option activates the function generator built into the oscilloscope. The signal output is from the front via BNC socket.

The software option offers the following signal forms: sine, square, pulse, triangle, ramp, noise, DC. The output is on the front of the oscilloscope.
