For those who have to 4 March 2018 bought a 2000 X model: Upgrade option from 50,000 to 200,000 WfMS / s, 10x more memory depth of 100 KTP to 1 Mpts (DSOX2MEMUP) segm. Memory (DSOXSGM) with 250 segments and incl.all advanced hardware triggers from Edge then Edge, Runt, Setup and Hold, Rise / Fall Time, Nth Edge Burst and Or triggers (as with the 3000A X models) as well as advanced math functions from Ax + B, Square, Absolute Value, Log, Log (e), Exponential, Exp (10), LPF, HPF, Magnify, Measurement Trend, Logic Bus Chart (as with the 3000A X models with the DSOX3ADVMATH option).
The upgrade option DSOX2PLUS is already preinstalled for all new orders of an InfiniiVision 2000 X model!
