Aim TTi I-prober520 | Current probe (test probe / current clamp) for elegant measurement and display of currents up to 20 A / DC to 5 MHz on conductor tracks and circuit boards without disconnection. With BNC connector, ideal for oscilloscopes.

  • Cable length 2 m from the test tip to the BNC output
  • Protection class CAT II 300V and CAT I 600V

I-PROBER520 | Probe / current probe, 10 mA to 20 A, DC - 5 MHz, BNC

The Iprober520 from Aim TTi is a very compact and fully insulated test probe that is intended for connection to an oscilloscope.

To display the current of a conductor track, one only has to place the tip of the test probe on the conductor track . For this purpose, the current-carrying line does not have to be disconnected, as in conventional measuring methods. Currents are recorded with a bandwidth of up to 5 MHz. The measuring ranges for full scale range from 10 mA to 20 A. The test probe corresponds to the safety class 300 V Cat II (600 V Cat I).
