The A622 current clamp can measure AC and DC currents up to 100 A peak value. Equipped with a BNC connection, it can be connected directly to an oscilloscope. The special feature of this current clamp is that the measurement is recorded via a Hall sensor. Furthermore, the current clamp has particularly long, slim clamp legs so that it can be easily connected to the live cable to be measured in narrow control cabinets etc. The A622 current clamp can measure AC and DC currents from 50 mA to 100 A (peak value) over a frequency range from DC to 100 kHz. The transformation factor is 10 mV/A or 100 mV/A.
An insulated BNC/banana plug adapter is available separately for use with a digital voltmeter or on TekMeters. The current clamp is specially designed for digital multimeters, TekMeters and oscilloscopes.
