ADA400A | Differential preamplifier

Mit dem Differenzvorverstärker ADA400A können direkte Oszilloskopmessungen von nicht geerdeten Spannungen und Signalen mit sehr geringer Amplitude durchgeführt werden. Durch die hohe Impedanz beider Eingänge sind keine zusätzlichen Erdungspunkte beim Prüfling erforderlich. Dadurch werden Ausgleichsströme vermieden, welche die Messung oder den Schaltkreis stören. Durch den hohen Verstärkungsfaktor und der sehr hohen Gleichtaktunterdrückung werden verwertbare Messergebnisse auch bei geringen Spannungen von ca. 5 μV erzielt, selbst in Umgebungen mit starkem Rauschen.

Mit der wählbaren Bandbreitenbegrenzung wird das Rauschen im Normalmodus verringert, das durch digitale, logische Schaltnetzteile und Netzfrequenzquellen verursacht wird. Das anpassbare Differential-Offset ermöglicht dem Benutzer, die Wandlervorspannung und das galvanische Potenzial des Prüfaufbaus auszublenden. In den zwei höchsten Verstärkungsbereichen kann der Modus „unendliche Impedanz“ gewählt werden, wodurch auch Signalen mit hoher Ausgangsimpedanz präzise gemessen werden können.
