3765 | Hall effect card

Die Hall-Effekt-Karte 3765 in Verbindung mit dem DAQ-Grundgerät 3706A mit integriertem DMM (Digitalmultimeter) bildet ein wirtschaftliches Hall-Testsystem. Zusammen mit der Software „Keithley Hall-Effekt-Test-Suite“ (KHETS) lässt sich die Hall-Effekt-Karte einfach mit anderen Keithley-Geräten wie DMM, Stromquellen und Amperemeter verbinden. Die Einsteckkarte 3765 dient dazu, Testsignale vom Hall-Sample zur Messtechnik zu führen und Strom von einer Quelle auf das Hall-Sample zu schalten. Bei Verwendung mit dem Mainframe 3706A ermöglicht sie die Messung von Hallspannungen von bis zu 50 nV mit Abtastwiderständen von mehr als 10¹² Ω.

Die 3765-Karte kann entweder im hochohmigen oder im niederohmigen Modus betrieben werden. Im hochohmigen Modus ist die Eingangsimpedanz größer als 100 TΩ, der Eingangsvorspannungsstrom ist kleiner als 50 fA, und der Ausgangswiderstand beträgt 10 kΩ. Der Eingangsspannungsbereich beträgt für beide Betriebsarten -8 V bis +8 V.
