Description

3731 | 6X16 High Speed Reed Relay Matrix Card

The plug-in module 3731 is a two-pole matrix card with 6 rows and 16 columns. Utilizing high speed reed relays with switching times as low as 0.5 ms, the matrix meets your measurement requirements for high throughput applications while providing an extremely long life. Each row can be connected to the 3706A series mainframe backplane using the analog backplane connection relays. This enables simple matrix column expansion to up to 96 columns when the 3706A base unit is fitted with six 3731 plug-in cards.

Variety of applications for your data acquisition system:

The extensive portfolio of plug-in cards makes the 3706A data acquisition and switching system a very flexible and economical measurement solution. Up to six modules can be inserted into the basic device (mainframe) and thus configure it into a compact data logger, a fully-fledged measurement data acquisition system or a cost-efficient switching unit.
