The PicoScope 9400A series combines the advantages of real-time and sampling oscilloscopes in one compact device. With bandwidths of up to 33 GHz, 12-bit ADC resolution, up to 5 TS/s random sampling rate and an intuitive Windows user interface, these oscilloscopes offer a powerful solution for demanding measurements of high-frequency analog and digital signals.
