D4000USBB | USB test software for oscilloscopes InfiniiVision 4000 X series

The USB software package for the oscilloscopes of the InfiniiVision 4000 X series from Keysight enables the triggering and decoding of the USB 2.0 low, full and hi-speed protocol as well as the triggering and decoding of USB PD (Power Delivery) . This package also enables other advanced analysis functions , including automatic USB 2.0 signal quality check, mask test, and frequency response analysis (Bode plots) to aid in testing and debugging high-speed digital signals such as USB 2.0.

  • This package enables serial triggering and decoding for USB 2.0 low, full and hi-speed (requires a model with 1 GHz bandwidth) as well as USB power delivery (USB PD), together with the functions USB 2.0 signal quality test, mask limit test and frequency response analysis ( Bode plot)
  • Verification of the analog quality of signals generated by USB hubs, hosts and devices based on the USB-IF compliance standards
  • Triggering on different USB packet types such as token, data, handshake, special as well as on different error states such as PID, CRC and glitch errors
  • Dual bus decoding with time-nested protocol list / table display
  • Serial decode track time-correlated with USB waveforms
  • Compatible with segmented memory capture with decoding on every packet captured
  • Precision differential probes available
