D4000GENB | Embedded Analysis Software for InfiniiVision 4000 X Series Oscilloscopes

The InfiniiVision 4000 X Series of Keysight Oscilloscopes embedded software package enables protocol triggering and decoding for a wide range of the most popular serial buses used today for embedded and mixed-signal designs . This bundle also enables other advanced analysis capabilities, including mask testing, to aid in testing modern electronic designs.

  • The fastest throughput oscilloscope solution for triggering and analyzing serial buses such as I²C, SPI, RS232 / 422/485 / UART, I²S and USB PD serial buses
  • Multiple bus decoding and protocol lister / table display
  • Triggering and analyzing the serial 2-wire, 3-wire and 4-wire SPI protocol
  • On-screen serial decoding time-correlated with the waveforms of the serial data
  • This bundle enables I²C, SPI, RS232 / 422/485 / UART, I²S and USB PD triggers and decoding, mask limit testing, frequency response analysis (Bode plot) and advanced HDTV video testing. Advanced math functions are standard on all 4000 X-Series oscilloscopes
