The Cinergia GE+ vAC/DC series comprises 13 models from 7.5 kW to 160 kW and offers "Same Power in AC and DC". Each device can freely specify grid characteristics such as voltage, frequency, phase angle and (inter)harmonics up to the 50th order per phase; THDi on the grid side < 3 % at cos φ > 0.98 ensures a clean feed-in. The 30 kHz control loop and extensive interference profiles (including IEC 61000-4-11/-13/-14/-28, LVRT, SEMI-F47) enable reproducible tests. Applications range from electromobility & charging infrastructure to energy storage, PV/PV emulation, smart grids and power HiL.

Variant in focus: GE+ 30 vAC/DC
The GE+ 30 vAC/DC model offers a rated output of 27 kW, making it a powerful yet compact solution for industrial test and development environments. In AC mode, the device delivers up to 43 A (3-channel) or 129 A (1-channel). In DC mode, ±43 A (3-channel) or ±129 A (1-channel) are available. This variant is particularly suitable for demanding grid simulations, charger tests, energy storage tests and HiL applications where high dynamics and regenerative capability are required. With its high precision and fast control, it is a reliable platform for research, product development and standard tests.

- Power/scaling: With 27 kW rated power, the GE+ 30 vAC/DC is positioned at the upper end of the compact laboratory devices. It offers around 35% more output power than the 20 kW model, but remains significantly more space-saving than the 40 kW variant.
- Currents: 43/129 A (AC) or ±43/±129 A (DC) enable extensive tests even with high current peaks and transient requirements.
