SUP5 IMDA | 3-Phase Inverter Motor Drive Analysis for Oscilloscopes MSO5, Floating

The Tektronix Inverter Motor Drive Analysis (IMDA) solution helps engineers design better, more efficient three-phase motor drive systems by taking advantage of the series MSO's advanced user interface, analog input channels, and "High Res" (16-bit) mode 5 full off. The IMDA solution provides fast, accurate, and repeatable results for electrical measurements on industrial motors and drive systems for AC induction motors, permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM), and brushless direct current (BLDC) motors. It can be configured to measure DC-to-AC converters such as those used in electric vehicles.

Three-phase converters such. B. Variable frequency drives require a number of measurements during the design process. This analysis option automates key electrical measurements that are grouped together in the Electrical Analysis group. Measurements can be configured to measure input or output wiring.
