  • Decode and trigger I2C, SPI, RS-232/422/485 / UART
  • Integrated arbitrary function generator with 13 predefined functions and arbitrary waveforms
  • Extend record length to 250 million sample points per channel
  • Digital power management and analysis
  • 3-phase inverters, motors and drives analysis
  • DQ0 measurements for IMDA
  • Advanced power measurements and analysis (includes PSRR, control loop analysis & impedence measurement)
  • SPMI serial bus triggering and analysis
  • SVID serial bus decoding and analysis

The Tektronix Pro Bundle Power automates a wide range of power measurements. Also includes decoding for common power management buses.

The Pro Software Bundel Power contains:

  • All features of the software starter package, including built-in serial decoder / trigger and built-in AFG
  • Extended Record Length
  • Wide range of power measurements & power management buses (for details, see »Equipment and highlights«)

1 year license:

With this inexpensive alternative, you can use the software for 1 year. Software updates and support are included.

When the license expires, a new license can be purchased.

Alternatively, you can opt for a permanent license for this software bundle.
