The Rohde & Schwarz MXO4-BNDL is a complete package for various applications (general R&D, power electronics development, power conversion design and validation, power supply stability, EMI debugging, serial bus debugging, manufacturing test and repair).

The R&S MXO 4 series oscilloscopes enable extremely precise measurements and impress with their fast real-time update rate of 4.5 million waveforms/s, the 12-bit ADC and the maximum acquisition memory of 800 Mpoints.

The MXO4 features an impressive 13.3” Full HD capacitive touchscreen and an intuitive user interface.

In addition to the 4-channel, 1.5 GHz oscilloscope, this package includes the waveform generator, frequency response analyzer and trigger & decoding (I2C/SPI, UART/RS-232/422/485, CAN/-FD/-XL/LIN).
