RF1 | Near field probe set RF1, 30 MHz up to 3 GHz 3 H field probes, 1 E field probe, cable SMB-BNC

The RF 1 probe set contains magnetic field probes and an E-field probe for the development-related investigations of printed circuit boards. The measurement of the magnetic fields above the conductor tracks, components and the assembly of the supply system is the basis for targeted measures to reduce the sources of the interference radiation. The passive probes are connected to the 50 ohm input of a spectrum analyzer or oscilloscope and enable comparative magnetic field and interference current measurements in the frequency range from 30 MHz to 3 GHz. All probes have a sheath current attenuation and are electrically shielded.
