RFK | Near field probe set RFK, 100 kHz up to 3 GHz 3 H-field probes, 1 E-field probe,

The near-field probe detects magnetic fields that are oriented in opposite directions in both halves of the probe head, which can be ring-shaped magnetic fields of larger objects such as IC substrates or wide conductor tracks. The effect of homogeneous fields is largely compensated for by the special probe head. The probe is particularly suitable for detecting the inhomogeneous magnetic field on metal edges.
