  • The standard memory is expanded to 100 megapoints or 200 megapoints (in 4-channel or 2-channel operation).

N2113A-100 | Upgrade - Increase to 100 Mpts (4-ch / 2-ch), perpetual license

With this memory expansion, a high sampling rate and the bandwidth of the oscilloscope can be maintained even with longer time-domain scales. This option can be retrofitted to all oscilloscopes in this series.
