Description

DSOX3MSO | Upgrade to 16-channel MSO up to 500 MHz bandwidth for oscilloscope 3000 X series / retrofitting

With this option you can upgrade an existing DSO 3000-X oscilloscope to an MSO (Mixed Signal Oscilloscope).

This expands the oscilloscope by a 16 channel logic analyzer. Analog and 16 digital signals can then be displayed in a time-correlated manner using the Keysight (formerly Agilent's electronic measurement technology) oscilloscope.

Scope of Delivery:

  • Logic probe including accessories such as B. clamps
  • License to activate the 16 digital channels
  • MSO label to stick on
