DSOXPERFMSO | Upgrade to 16-channel MSO for DSOX310xA and X4000A, retrofitting

With this option you can upgrade an existing DSOX310xA oscilloscope and DSOX4000A oscilloscope to an MSO (Mixed Signal Oscilloscope).

This expands the oscilloscope by a 16 channel logic analyzer. Analog and 16 digital signals can then be displayed in a time-correlated manner using the Keysight (formerly Agilent's electronic measurement technology) oscilloscope.
