The ESD 4 seminar is part of the ESD specialist training courses.

Participation requirement:

Attendance of the basic seminar ESD 1 or corresponding prior knowledge of ESD effects and protective measures.

Target group:

People who are or are intended to be used in-house as ESD coordinators or QM officers, or people who want to update or complete their knowledge. Advanced seminar for employees who want to qualify as a specialist through the advanced seminars. These include specialists and managers from the areas of production, quality assurance and purchasing, as well as manufacturers and suppliers of ESD protection components.

ESD 4: Seminar goals:

The participants get to know the integration of ESD measures into the QM systems. Connections and requirements from the ProdHaftG, BGB, DIN EN ISO 9001 / IEC DIN EN 61340-xy are dealt with in detail and possible solutions are developed. With a final success check, the graduates prove their acquired knowledge, which is confirmed by the ESD certificate in QM systems.

    ESD hazards, content and changes to IEC DIN-EN 61340-5-1

  • Quality management systems according to DIN EN ISO 9001

    Why a QM system, structure, structure and maintenance, costs and profitability

  • Legal product liability BGB, contractual product liability ProdHaftG, integration of ESD protection in the QM system

    Management responsibility, human resources, work environment, awareness and training, monitoring and measuring equipment

  • Exemplary creation of an ESD control program plan (quality assurance process instruction) - practical exercise -

    Practice-oriented creation of an ESD control program plan based on an exercise version with chapter headings.

  • Success control and evaluation interview

Test:

Final examination by means of a multiple-choice test followed by an evaluation interview.
