This GW Instek GDS-2000A series digital storage oscilloscope offers a bandwidth of 100 MHz with a real-time sampling rate of 2 GS / s and an "equivalent high-speed sampling rate" of 100 GS / s. The repetition rate is 80,000 wfs / s (waveforms per second / curves per second). It is equipped with a 20 cm image diagonal (8 inch) high-resolution TFT LCD display. The input sensitivity can range from 1 mV / div to 10 V / div., the time base from 1 ns / div can be set to 100 s / div.
The memory depth of the oscilloscope is 2 MPoints with segmented memory function. It should be emphasized that user-specific signal forms can be searched in the memory. It can be triggered on waveforms that are of particular interest and stored in the segmented memory , and the memory can be up to 2048 segments in size. Signal parts that are not of interest can be ignored. This increases the storage effectiveness enormously.
In the "waveform search mode" , a triggered trigger can be searched for and marked for waveforms that are of particular interest. The user can define the waveform to be searched for - the trigger levels can also be defined within the entire memory be to provide signals with the specified waveform filter out. with the zoom window and the Play / pause button to scroll through the entire memory. This allows a signal anomaly by a variety of situations covered effectively investigated.
