The CS548 from Cleverscope is an oscilloscope system with 4 fully galvanically isolated internal channels for demanding measurement tasks in modern power electronics. This allows high-side and low-side signals to be measured simultaneously, reliably and with maximum accuracy.
The CS548 was specially developed for applications involving high voltages, extremely fast switching edges and large common-mode voltages. Typical areas of application include inverters, switched-mode power supplies, motor drives, automotive electronics, GaN and SiC power semiconductors as well as EMC and efficiency measurements.
The combination of very high common mode rejection, high resolution and high bandwidth means that even the smallest signal components can be cleanly recorded in the presence of large interference voltages. The integrated isolated signal generator, digital expandability via pods and the option of coupling up to four devices to form a 16-channel system make the CS548 a complete measurement platform for the development, analysis and validation of power electronics systems.

CS1200 Voltage Digitizer (Voltage Digitizer)
The CS1200 Voltage Digitizer is an external, battery-powered, fully isolated voltage digitizer. It is connected to the CS548 via a fiber optic connection and enables measurements directly in the high-voltage range or inside safety cages. It is required when voltages with extremely high common-mode potential or at a greater distance from the oscilloscope need to be measured safely. This enables high-precision voltage measurements to be carried out on floating potentials, e.g. on high-side switches or DC links.
CS1201 Current Digitizer
The CS1201 Current Digitizer is used together with a low-impedance shunt (e.g. 1 mΩ) and enables high-precision, isolated current measurements with a very high bandwidth. It is required to measure switching currents, current ramps and fast current transients directly on power semiconductors. This enables precise calculations of switching losses, conduction losses and energy per switching operation.
