The MR series includes powerful high-voltage multi-range DC power supplies that deliver up to 5 kW of clean output power in a compact 2U form factor. They are ideal for applications in research, development and industrial test systems that require wide voltage and current regulation.
Thanks to the multi-range functionality, these power supplies can replace several conventional, fixed power supplies, thus saving costs and space. The series offers versatile communication interfaces, including USB, RS232, GPIB and LXI-compatible LAN, to enable easy integration into automated test environments. In addition, the devices are equipped with comprehensive protection functions such as overvoltage, overcurrent and overheating protection.
The MR series is used in areas such as high-voltage testing, power electronics testing, battery simulation and LED testing. Thanks to the integrated SAS (Solar Array Simulation) function, they are also ideal for solar tests as they can generate realistic I-V curves.
The MR50040 is a variant of the MR series with a maximum output voltage of 500 V and a maximum output current of 40 A. This variant offers a maximum output power of 5000 W and is ideal for applications with higher voltages and moderate current requirements.
Differences to other models in the series:
The MR50040 is a powerful and versatile solution for applications that require high voltage with medium current requirements.
