The MR series is a powerful range of high-voltage, multi-range DC power supplies that deliver up to 5 kW of clean output power in a compact 2U form factor. It is suitable for both bench-top use and automated test systems that require wide voltage and current range coverage.
Thanks to the multi-range functionality, these power supplies can replace multiple fixed power supplies. The series supports various interfaces, including USB, RS232, GPIB and LXI-compatible LAN, allowing for flexible remote control and programming. In addition, the MR series offers comprehensive protection functions such as overcurrent, overvoltage and overheating protection.
These power supplies are used in laboratory environments, research and development projects, as well as in industrial test benches and solar technology, where they can be used as solar cell simulators.
The MR160120 is a variant within the MR series with a maximum output voltage of 160 V and a maximum output current of 120 A. This variant offers a maximum output power of 5000 W and is therefore particularly suitable for applications with higher power requirements.
Differences to other models in the series:
The MR160120 is ideal for high-power applications that require flexible voltage and current regulation, while offering extensive protection and control functions.
