The DM304 module is a 4x8 matrix switch for the modular DAQ3120 data recording system from B&K Precision. It offers up to 32 cross-points in a flexible matrix configuration and enables the simultaneous connection of multiple measuring devices with different test points. This makes the module ideal for automated test systems and complex measurement setups.
The DM304 is particularly suitable for automated test scenarios in which different signals need to be flexibly switched and measured. Typical areas of application include:

In contrast to the other modules in the series, which are primarily intended for direct measurements with the internal DMM, the DM304 functions purely as a switchover matrix. It is not suitable for direct connection to the DMM, but can be used in combination with external devices or for signal distribution within a test system. While the DM300 and DM301 impress with their high scan rates and current measurement capability, the DM304 offers maximum flexibility in signal routing. With 40 single-ended channels, the DM303 provides the highest channel density, while the DM309 specializes in high-voltage and current measurements.
