DM303 | 40-Channel Single-Ended Multiplexer for DAQ3120 Data Logger

The DM303 module is a 40-channel single-ended multiplexer for the modular DAQ3120 data recording system from B&K Precision. It offers the highest number of channels of all available modules in the series and is therefore ideal for applications with large measurement requirements in a limited space. By using armature relays and a common signal mass reference point, it enables efficient and reliable signal switching at up to 80 channels per second.

Thanks to its high channel count and compact design, the DM303 is ideal for:

  • Battery testing and cell monitoring
  • Characterization of electronic components
  • Multi-channel voltage and temperature monitoring
  • Benchtop test setups with limited space

Product features:

  • 40 single-ended input channels for high channel density
  • Scan rate: Up to 80 channels per second
  • Maximum input voltage: 300 V
  • All channels share a common signal ground reference
  • Supports 2-wire measurements (except current measurement)
  • Channels are galvanically isolated to system ground and can "float"

The DM303 stands out with its high channel count of 40 inputs - ideal for applications with many signals to be acquired. In contrast, the DM300 only offers 20 channels, but the highest scan rate with up to 450 channels per second. The DM301 scores with its integrated current measurement channels and versatile signal support, while the DM304 serves as a 4x8 matrix module for switching applications. Those who require high voltage and high currents, on the other hand, are well advised to use the DM309, which supports up to 600 VDC and 2 A.
