DM300 | 20-Channel Solid-State Multiplexer for DAQ3120 Data Logger

The DM300 module is a versatile 20-channel solid-state multiplexer for the modular DAQ3120 data recording system from B&K Precision. It enables ultra-fast signal switching with up to 450 channels per second and is specially designed for applications where high measurement speed and electrical isolation are required.

The DM300 module is ideal for:

  • Research and development (R & D)
  • Automation and process monitoring in industry
  • Environmental and climate chamber monitoring
  • Component testing and quality assurance

Product features:

  • 20 fully isolated input channels spread over two 10-channel banks
  • Solid-state switch technology for extra-fast scanning
  • Scan rate: Up to 450 channels/second
  • Maximum input voltage: 120 V
  • Support of 2-wire and 4-wire measurements
  • Each channel switches high and low lines for maximum isolation
  • Integrated cold junction compensation for thermocouple measurements

Compared to the other modules in the series, the DM300 impresses with its highest scan rate of up to 450 channels per second. It is optimized for speed and isolation, but is not suitable for current measurements. If you also want to measure current up to 1 ampere, you can use the DM301, which also offers 20 channels and can handle input voltages of up to 300 volts. For applications with a high number of channels, we recommend the DM303 with 40 single-ended channels. Matrix circuits can be realized with the DM304, which is designed as a 4x8 cross circuit. The DM309, on the other hand, is designed for high-voltage and high-current applications and enables measurements up to 600 VDC or 2 A current - ideal for demanding power applications.
