The Tektronix MP5000 series offers a highly flexible platform for precise measurements and current/voltage sources. The modular design allows Source Measure Units (SMUs) and Power Supply Units (PSUs) to be combined in a compact 1U rack format. Users benefit from high channel density, flexible configuration and reduced costs per channel.

The MP5000 series can be used for a wide range of applications, including:

  • Accurate current and voltage sources in laboratory and production
  • High-throughput automated test environments (ATE)

SMU module MSMU60-2

The MSMU60-2 is a powerful source measure unit module with two independent channels. It combines precise voltage and current sources with a high-resolution measurement function in a compact module. Thanks to 4-quadrant operation, both source and sink operations can be realized, making it the ideal tool for demanding I/V characterizations and precise component measurements.
