The Tektronix MP5000 series is a flexible and space-saving test system for research, development and production. With its modular design, it allows the combination of Source Measure Units (SMUs) and Power Supply Units (PSUs) in a 1 U rack housing. This achieves a high channel density at a low cost per channel - ideal for modern, automated test environments.

Application options

The MP5000 series can be used in a variety of ways, for example for:

  • Powering and testing electronic assemblies in the laboratory
  • Production environments with high parallel test requirements
  • Long-term and load tests with precise current and voltage regulation
  • ATE systems, where flexible and safe power supply functions are required

PSU module MPSU50-2ST

The MPSU50-2ST is a high-performance power supply module with two isolated channels. It supplies voltages of up to 50 V and currents of up to 5 A per channel and can be expanded to up to 100 V or 10 A by series or parallel connection if required. With its integrated protection and sense technology, it is a reliable tool for precise power supply in laboratories and production.

  • MSMU60-2 (SMU module) - High-precision SMU module with 2 channels, up to 60 V/1.5 A, 4-quadrant operation and measurement resolution up to 100 fA.
