The Keysight P50xxB series combines precise vector network analysis with a compact form factor for PC-connected operation via Thunderbolt. It is suitable for research, development and production - from the characterization of passive components, connectors, cables and filters to amplifiers and mixers/frequency converters. Optional software functions (e.g. spectrum analysis, pulse RF, TDR) turn the VNA into a versatile RF measurement platform.
The VNA Keysight P5002B presented here is the 2-port model of the P500xB family with a frequency range of 9 kHz to 9 GHz. Compared to the P5001B (up to 6.5 GHz), the P5002B offers additional frequency headroom into the upper C-band and lower X-band range - ideal for broadband filters, power amplifiers, antenna matching and radar/satellite preamplifiers. It combines high dynamic range with very low trace noise for precise S-parameter measurements. Within the series, the maximum frequency increases further with P5003B/P5004B (14/20 GHz) up to the high-frequency variants P5005B-P5008B (26.5/32/44/53 GHz). If you need more measurement ports, we recommend the P502xB models with 4-port up to 53 GHz or 6-port up to 20 GHz.

- Level accuracy: typ. up to ±0.2 dB (up to 15 GHz) for reproducible power and gain measurements.
- Robust inputs: permissible damage level +27 dBm or ±35 V DC.
- Connectivity & references: Thunderbolt 3/4 (USB4) to host PC, 10 MHz Ref-In/Out, additional USB-A ports for peripherals.
