The Keysight P50xxB series combines precise vector network analysis with a compact form factor for PC-connected operation via Thunderbolt. It is suitable for research, development and production - from the characterization of passive components, connectors, cables and filters to amplifiers and mixers/frequency converters. Optional software functions (e.g. spectrum analysis, pulse RF, TDR) turn the VNA into a versatile RF measurement platform.
The VNA Keysight P5006B presented here is the 2-port model of the high-frequency P500xB variants with a frequency range from 100kHz to 32GHz. Compared to the P5005B (up to 26.5GHz), the P5006B offers additional headroom in Ka-band - ideal for broadband filters, power amplifiers, antenna matching, mixer/converter tests as well as radar and satcom preamplifiers. It combines high dynamic range with very low trace noise for precise S-parameter measurements. Within the series, the maximum frequency increases further with P5007B/P5008B (44/53GHz). If you need more measurement ports, we recommend the P502xB models with 4-port up to 53GHz or 6-port up to 20GHz.

- Level accuracy: typ. up to ±0.2dB (up to 15GHz) for reproducible power and gain measurements.
