The Keysight P50xxB series combines precise vector network analysis with a compact form factor for PC-connected operation via Thunderbolt. It is suitable for research, development and production - from the characterization of passive components, connectors, cables and filters to amplifiers and mixers/frequency converters. Optional software functions (e.g. spectrum analysis, pulse RF, TDR) turn the VNA into a versatile RF measurement platform.
The VNA Keysight P5020B presented here is a 4-/6-port model (depending on the option selected) of the P502xB family with a maximum frequency of up to 20 GHz. Compared to the 2-port devices (P500xB), the P5020B enables true multi-port measurements without an external switching matrix - ideal for duplexers, multi-port filters, front-end modules, connectors with crosstalk analysis, antenna arrays and differential signal integrity. The six ports shorten test times (less re-plugging/re-calibration) and increase test coverage, while a high dynamic range and very low trace noise enable precise S-parameters (also mixed-mode such as Sdd, Scc, Sdc, Scd). If you require higher frequencies or fewer ports, the 2-/4-port variants up to 53 GHz are available.
