The passive probe from Keysight (formerly Agilent's electronic measurement technology) offers a bandwidth from 0 to 200 MHz with an attenuator ratio of 10: 1. The probe head diameter of only 2.5 mm is particularly suitable for very densely packed printed circuit boards; it also has a low input capacity and offers other accessories for contacting SMD components. The sharp sample tip holds the probe securely at the measuring point with the mass alligator clip. An IC attachment holds the probe tip in the middle of each IC connection and keeps it away from the neighboring connections. Standard ground connections and self-adhesive copper plates enable safe grounding and reduce the mass inductances.
Compatibility: The probe is compatible with all Keysight (formerly Agilent's electronic measurement technology) oscilloscopes of the InfiniiVision and Infiniium series with an input resistance of 1 MΩ and oscilloscopes with a bandwidth <200 MHz.
