E4980B | Precision LCR Meter / Component Tester, 20 Hz - 2 MHz

The Keysight E4980B precision LCR component tester combines precise accuracy, speed and versatility for a wide range of applications in research and development (R&D) and manufacturing.

With the E4980B, the successor to the successful E4980A, you can determine the relative permeability and relative dielectric constant of a wide variety of materials or measure the key electrical parameters such as resistance, capacitance and inductance on components - with maximum precision in both the high and low impedance range. Corresponding measurement recordings, built-in power supply units that supply the test object with voltage and current, and built-in multimeter functions make work easier and reduce the measurement effort.

The test frequencies of this variant of the LCR meter range from 20 Hz to 2 MHz. With the E4980BL variant, you can select the test frequency range according to your requirements.

Thanks to the clear display, operation is very simple and intuitive. The versatile LAN, USB and GPIB PC connectivity increases your design and test productivity.

  • Baseline accuracy: 0.05% basic accuracy with precise measurement repeatability at low and high impedance
