The test adapter offers very good repeatability of the measurement results up to a frequency of 3 GHz and is easy to use. The influence of the adapter on the measurement result is compensated up to 3 GHz. With this adapter, the SMD components can be fixed very precisely and thus also safely contacted in order to obtain exact measurement results. For this reason, there are up to 4 different test adapters that are able to measure different sizes.
With this test adapter, you can also measure SMD inductors up to 3 GHz.
These test adapters are specially designed for the E4991A impedance analyzer.
