The PCB analyzer consists of the network analyzer E5063A of the ENA series and the TDR option 011.
The network analyzer offers measurements in the frequency domain, option 011 extends the measurements for the time domain and also offers a specific GUI (graphical user interface) for displaying the measurement results during the PCB test.
